This litter was born almost a week premature, there was 8 kittens, but sadly with two girls still-born. Their weights ranged from 47g to 72g, they hardly had any hair and they really struggled to survive. Sometimes miracles happen... but we had 6 happen and they all made it!!!
Brave was like a little mouse (47g) at birth, she decided she WAS staying at Nandinakatts from a very early age, and is now a beautiful girl full of character who lives up to her name, she constantantly reminds us all that in life you have to dig deep and be more Brave.

Sadly we have to say that when these kittens were 7 weeks old Nandinakatts Temperance Brennan (Tempy) developed an intersection of the intestine. After a heartbreaking drive to Davies Animal Specialists and an emergancy operation it was decided that Tempy was to be allowed to run free over the Rainbow Bridge.
